Synthia Kenison is a licensed Public Adjuster in the state of Nevada and a Property Loss Consultant with Webb Consulting. She represents homeowners and business owners during insurance claims, advocating exclusively on behalf of policyholders.

Her path into public adjusting began through personal tragedy.

In 2021, Synthia experienced a devastating house fire that changed her family’s life forever. Her family lost their home, two home-based businesses, and nearly everything they owned. What followed was an overwhelming and emotionally exhausting journey navigating insurance policies, inspections, documentation requirements, and settlement negotiations.

During that process, she quickly realized how complex and daunting insurance claims can be, especially when families are already dealing with trauma and uncertainty. Understanding policy language, coverage limitations, exclusions, deadlines, and valuation methods is challenging even under normal circumstances. 

That experience is what led her to become a Public Adjuster.

Today, Synthia combines her personal experience as a loss survivor with professional training and policy expertise to guide clients through the claims process with clarity, compassion, and strong advocacy. Her mission is to ease the burden during one of the most difficult seasons of someone’s life and to ensure policyholders feel informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
