Principle is the root of who I am, and I believe in following the ONE Principle: Own yourself, Nurture others, and Expand Influence.  With over 25 years of experience in the roofing and construction trades, along with claim management, I represent my clients with factual representation, fair settlements, and clear principles.  I launched into this line of work when a friend of mine's house caught fire because of a broken spring in a toaster.  Through that process, I learned that insurance is not about what you know; it's about proving what you know, how it happened, and the true cost of the loss. I stand committed to owning my knowledge in this space, treating your claim and assets as if they are mine, and helping you recover what you are owed.

As our firm grows, I feel blessed to have extremely knowledgeable and empathetic people around me who help us guide our clients through the struggle of recovering from these financial setbacks.  This industry is difficult to navigate, so new adjusters and appraisers looking to break in need someone who has been there before.  This is where I find myself now.  I'm truly grateful for the other adjusters that work with me and for the opportunity to pour into their lives and help them learn from my experiences. 

Most of my current focus is on increasing visibility of our proven claim roadmap.  Insurance contracts tell you everything you need to know about how and when your claim will be paid.  The issue lies in accurate interpretation.  We are growing our influence across the Mountain West Region as we continue to prove losses, adjust claims, and accurately appraise losses.  As a father and husband, I want my family, friends, and colleagues to share in the ONE principle and impact others at an exponential value.  This is how we change ourselves, an industry, and the world.
